The new season is a great reason to make and keep resolutions. Whether it’s eating right or cleaning out the garage, here are some tips for making and keeping resolutions.

Make a list

Lists are great ways to stay on track. Write down some big things you want to accomplish and some smaller things, too.

Check the list regularly

Don’t forget to check in and see how you’re doing. Just because you don’t achieve the big goals right away doesn’t mean you’re not making progress.

Reward yourself

When you succeed in achieving a goal, be it a big one or a small one, make sure to pat yourself on the back.

Think positively

Positive thinking is a major factor in success. So instead of mulling over things that didn’t go quite right, remind yourself of things that did.

Twenty years of God’s faithfulness. That’s what we’ve witnessed at My Choices as we look back over the last two decades of ministry. God has truly allowed us to live in His goodness as we have seen the evidence of Ephesians 3:20 laid out in the work He has set before us. He has truly done exceedingly and abundantly more! We feel so blessed that He has allowed us to be a part of the work being done in the fight for LIFE! Over the last twenty years, we have had a total of 8,164 office visits. We have been able to administer 3,417 pregnancy tests, provide 1,347 ultrasounds, and by His abundant grace, see 121 souls come to know Christ. Those numbers feel so surreal, yet we know that God has been in the midst of each one. Over the years, we have been able to expand our resources by offering parenting classes, free diapers and wipes, basic necessities for both mom and baby, and more! This work would not have been possible without God’s faithfulness in sending us dedicated staff and volunteers throughout the years. They have loved on and cared for each lady who has walked through our doors in ways that we could never fully explain. So much of what our staff and volunteers do is a direct reflection of what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Their work has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated for even a second. The same goes for our wonderful Board of Directors. Over the years, they have spent so much of their own time helping us make important decisions and providing wisdom that has helped shape the ministry we are today. We are so grateful for the growth God has allowed us to witness over the last twenty years and we truly look forward to what else He has in store for us. In light of the many endeavors the Lord has graciously led us to, we have recently changed our name to My Choices Pregnancy Resource Center. We hope this name change reflects our mission and the hope we have in serving our community more efficiently and inclusively. We are located at 109 Bails Rd. and would love to see you or someone you know if our resources could be of service to you. We are here for ALL women and ALL babies! A special note of recognition for those who have faithfully served 9 years or longer: · Felesha Rowland – 20 years · Jerry Reno – 20 years · Charles Davis – 20 years · Marilyn Harrell – 19 years · Terri Stanford – 19 years · Roger Childs – 17 years · Dr. Justin Lohmeier – 15 years · Dr. Wanda Stroupe – 15 years · Anita Trotter – 15 years · Martha Griffin – 14 years · Kim Hellums – 12 years · Kay Winter – 10 years · Mirian Ormon – 10 years · Diane Flake – 9 years
